Guidance Module

The guidance module, operated by the MPS, should be placed outside of the sterile field, ideally in view of the surgeon.

Camera

The camera should be placed on the opposite side of the Mako, so that it has a direct and unobstructed view of the arrays.

Sterile staff

OR personnel should not block the camera.

Surgeon

It is recommended the surgeon stand on the operative side.

Mako

The Mako should be placed on the operative side, and the MICS a fist height above the patient's knee center prior to bone preparation.
